How do I get Free Updates and Toll Free support?

Any products purchased prior to July 1, 1999 will continue to follow the guidelines that were set up at the time of the purchase.

As of July 1, 1999 the cost for the EPES software products were changed to include One Year of FREE Technical Support. After you've had the program for One year, we'll send you a letter explaining how to renew your One Year of Toll Free calls and Program Updates.
