I have installed the programs and as soon as I go to the Program Preferences option I get a message "Position is off Screen". What causes this?

First, be sure you have the latest version of the program. If you have the latest version, then do the following:

The display settings on your machine need to be changed. Go into the Desktop "Settings Display" and change the settings to 640/480. If you have an NT network you may also have a Video card that does not have enough memory to support NT. If this all fails, check with your System Administrator.
