Frequently Asked Questions

While installing or updating the software, I get an error message when extracting the file.

1) The executable program file (actw.exe, invw.exe, feew.exe, etc.) is set up as Read Only. You must change that attribute before the new file can be written to your disk.
2) You are running the program at the same time you're trying to update it. Exit the program and try the update again.
